The Thang – Run a quarter mile and stop for rounds of exercises where the quantity increases by 2 at each mile marker. At each mile marker an exercise was added with a quantity of 2 higher than the last
2 burpees, 4 merkins, 6 squats, 8 BBSU’s, Hold legs out 6″ off the ground for 10 secs, 12 SSH’s, 14 Mtn Climbers Kodiak cnt, 16 hell I don’t remember, 18 American hammers, 20 plank pops
Threw in a version of a Lt. Dan at one point for no reason. Then made everyone run backwards to the next marker. Passed a bench… lets do 25 dips. Back to the flag for some LBS’s till time ran out. COT.
