WARMUP: The Usual
THE THANG: Some of you all spent way too much time on the couch watching the Masters this weekend. Time to move…

Did 3 sprint intervals on the way to the field.

Did a circle around the hill doing alternating exercises on each side: Freddie Mercury’s(2 Ct) and Squats. 40 FM’s and 10 Squats. Did 50’s (like 11’s) with the reps changing by 10 each circle.

Did Wall Merkins and Burpees. Started with 10 Wall Merkins and ran to the hill with 5 burpess each time. Decreased by 2 wall merkins each set until we went down to 2. Similar exercises done a again with SSH’s
