WARMUP: Mozy to entrance by the covered pavilion and exerceesed.
THE THANG: Partnered up. One person stays to engage in squats, while partner does 10 yard bear crawl then runs to the picnic tables from 10 declined merkins, 15 dips, 10 inclines merkins, runs back and switches w/partner for 3 rounds.

Then we mozied to the gate with a stop sign. Pax did 5 burpees, Q did 10. Mozy back to the flag.

One partner went to the playground for 2 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats, while his partner ran up the hill up 15 yards, did 15 SSH, then crawl bear back. Then switch when relieved by partner. Rinse n repeat till time
