At home base, we did (air) presses. At the top of the first set of stairs, we did hand-release murkins. At the top of the second steps, we did inch worms. At the top of the third steps, we did LBC’s/lunges/low and holds.
I run slow as shit and even I got almost 3 miles. It was a misty morning with some wonderful company.
