Warm-up: Run over to the grass fields next to the football field for warm-up routine. Skips, butt kicks, karaoke, cartwheels (yes, cartwheels), and somersaults (or forward rolls). Many grumblings were heard. Much dizziness occurred. Super Dave did one extra forward roll, not of his own volition.
Mini-Thang: pull-up ladder in groups of 3. Build up to 5 pull-ups then back down.
Thang: Since the football field was taken over by a bunch of frisbee tossing hooligans, decided to go to plan B. Up over by the skate part, jumping fences. At start, big boy sit-ups, and on way out ‘Merkins after first fence and burpees after second. On way back, squats over first fence, single count lunges over second. Start at 5 reps each exercise, double reps each round, building to 40. Then back down to 5. I saw a lot of men getting after it. Leaky really pushing himself. Others said go back to Ohio.
With about 5 minutes remaining, we mosey back to the flag, where someone decides to turn the mosey into an Indian Run. Arrive at flag with less than a minute remaining, so we monkey hump it out.
