WARMUP: mosey and regular WOR with the exception of a certain pax complaining about too many weed pickers… as if it were possible.
THE THANG: Thunder burpees by the basketball courts. Mosey to front of Freedom where pax completed 4 exercises (50 merkins, 25 BBSs, 50 OJ squats, 25 Mike Tyson’s) followed by two laps (repeated at least 3x, maybe more for PB). Finished with “Roxanne” – a merkin on Roxanne and a plank jack on red light.
