Because he demanded that I do my backblast today, I am dedicated this BB to the one and only Vanilli. Where is he now?
Thursday, we welcomed back Vanilli from his travels to the Northeast and he made is displeasure known. I don’t think he smiled until he saw Mouth-2-Mouth pull up at the end for COT and coffeeteria.
To start off, we ran up the hill toward the roundabout and then circled to the right toward the bathrooms and baseball field. It was there that we did the warm-o-rama and where I had stashed some coupons that I brought from home.
There was nothing special about the warm-ups. It was ordinary and usual. There were side straddle hops, weed pickers and flamingos. That’s it. Oh yeah, I through in some Willie Mays.
We started at the bottom of the hill at the yellow gate and did suicide runs up the hill. I had a list of exercises at the bottom of the hill. Basically, you ran up to the first light post and performed 2 of the exercise and then ran back. Because I was celebrating 3 years in F3 (Thanks GoDaddy) we did 3 burpees at the bottom of the hill. Then we ran to the next light post and increased the exercise by 2, then ran back and did 3 burpees and so on. Until we go to the top of the hill (by the bathrooms) where you perform 10 of the exercises listed up there with the coupons I brought from home (2-35 lb dumbbells, 2 kettlebells, and 2-20 lb dumbbells). If you were adventerous and wanted more miles, you would run the loop back around through the roundabout and parking lot to the startex. If not, you ran back down the hill to start the next exercise, but doing your 3 burpees first.

We ended with a circle of trust. Praying for Lizard King’s job search and the events with GoDaddy’s work. Also prayed for the Grow Ruck event and the runners at the BRR.
Coffee was brought by M2M and Nesquik. It was a glorious morning.
