The pax did their part.
The Q did a good job of stating the exercises and reps, even demonstrated when asked. Counting was clear and concise.

There were two violation noted:
1) the flag was not planted at the time of the beatdown.
2) misinformation on the canned food drive during announcements, but this was corrected on-site by the perpetrator, which is allowed and respected. I consider this good practice and always extend grace when it happens.

Performance Improvement Plan:
Nessy needs to plan better.
Nessy needs to drive slower in the parking lot.
Nessy needs to ensure he’s on time so that the flag can be properly planted.

Actions taken:
@vanilli said he would continue to monitor Nessy’s promptness.

Recommendations:
Try to move this AO from a tier 2 to tier 1 by implementing similar weekly activities as compared to tier 1 AOs within HWS. Suggest looking for ways to both irritate, create lively discussion, and comic relief.
