Short mosey at 5:30 – wait, where’s Trill? Rolling in after the mosey, par for the course! Circled up for SSH, Copper head squats, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps.
Circuit routine today made up of 5 exercises and a lap in between. 10 KB hop overs in between each exercise (KB on the ground, hop over it from side to side).
- Triple Threats (Bicep Curl into Overhead Press into Tricep Extension)
- Goblet Squats
- Single handed rows
First round: 20 of each, second round: 18, third round: 16 – you get the idea. Rinse and repeat until we hit the 45 minute mark
Rug Burn was our sixth man, great having you and Pie Bar out brother! Shared that they are looking to start a new Saturday beatdown at the Bridge Mill park, considering mixing in kettle bells so came out to see what it was all about! Thanks Trill for sharing about how you don’t shower after beatdowns and just towel off and throw on some Axe body spray on the way to work, ha!
