Started with a mosey. SSH & some weed pickers. Got to it. See the board. 5 rounds of 4 corners criss crossing the field and doing 3 burpees each time we crossed the 50. After the 5 rounds we started over on the goal line. Started back at round 1 and ran to the 10 and ran backwards back to the goal line. On to 20 then to 30. Once we were ready for the 40 it turned into sprints. Had to rush back to the flag after the 100yd sprint. Attempted the 100 SSH’s at the flag. Not sure anyone finished.
