WARMUP: almost half mile mozy
THE THANG: light pole 10 merkins 15 squats, jog to next pole for 10 jump squats 10 merkins 15 squats, jog to pole for 5 Mike Tyson’s 10 jump squats 10 merkins 15 squats, jog to next pole for 20 overhead clap 10 jump squats 10 merkins 15 squats, next pole for 10 merkins and 15 squats. Jog to playground where the new AOQ Saluki took over for a bunch of pull up longer to swings for lat pulls bear crawl back to pull ups. Pulls up started at 1 then 2 then 3, etc.. lat pulls went 2,4,6,etc… last mozy to bathroom for a stupid handstand then we did 3 rds of 10 merkins 20 dips and 30 squats. Mozy back to the flag for a short crab walk till time
