NEVER FORGET FOLLOWED BY DODGE THE PICKLE!
Short mosey with sandbag to location of where the beatdown was to begin. YHC decided to lead a modified version of a 9/11 workout to honor all our fallen service men and woman who lost their lives that fateful day.
Warmarama consisted of SSH, Weed Pickers, Michael Phelps and Sun Gods
11x lunges with sandbag alternating left / right
11x sandbag thrusters
11x sandbag rows
11x sandbag over the shoulder throws
11x single sandbag deadlifts alternating left /right
After completing the circuit – PAX were instructed to throw sandbag as far as possible and then pick up and repeat until the end of parking lot – returning back PAX were instructed to carry the sandbag back to where the beatdown began.
RINSE and REPEAT!
At roughly 6:05 AM YHC instructed PAX to carry sandbag to the end of the parking lot and back. Once we made it back YHC instructed everyone to do LBCS and then Copperhead Squats IC. Beatdown concluded with YHC calling all PAX over to play a game. That game was to spin a bottle – whoever it landed to was allowed to throw 6 pickle balls at the group as they tried to run away and not get hit – then that person who got chosen got to spin the bottle next and whoever it landed on got to throw the pickle balls at the group as they tried to get away – Tinfoil had a grand idea – lets do an exercise before you had to run and try and get away! Was a great way to end the beatdown and many laughs along the way.
