Well this was suppsoed to be my birthday Q next week but Chubbs had to swap so yall got it a week early. We begin by running over to the playground for our-

10 SSHs
10 Copperhead Squats
10 Imperial Walkers
10 Copperhead Merkins
10 weed pickers
17 Leg Raises

Next we mozzyed around the left half of central park, looping to the right out of the parking lot, back in near the gazebo, and ending at the gazebo

The Thang

ABs all day baby! Everyone partnered up to complete a building workout. After each round is complete, they both ran the route we just ran backwards, going all the way to the playground to complete 17 leg raises each, then circling around the rightmost tennis court to get back to the gazebo. They then did the first three exercises, and repeated, adding an excersise after each lap. The exercises were:

9 partner sit ups (Fist bump at the top of each)
9 Knee crosses (each side)
17 American Hammers
17 mountain climbers
17 crunchy frogs
35 LBCs
35 Gas pumps
35 Freddie Mercury’s
170 Flutter kicks

It was brought to my attention that 17×2 is not 35, my tired brain must have made that mistake but personally I just think Dry Socket was looking for excuses.
We repeated until just before time when we finished the whole set, leaving a little time for some-

COT:
PJ shared as six-man with some reminders to “stay healthy”. Hustler then made some suggestive hand motions. After some impromptu financial advice from the group we balled it up and prayed it out. See yall next Thursday when Im still not 17.
