The Thang: 11’s – 1 Merkin at the bottom of the hill, sprint up to pavilion, 10 SSH. Sprint down, 2 Merkins, sprint up 9 SSH….repeat until 10 Merkins, 1 SSH. Hold plank for 6. Some PAX finished well ahead of others, impromptu Mary while we waited (“Come on Cookie!”)

Build BLIMPS-Burpees (5), Lunges (10), Imperial walkers (15), Merkins (20), Plank jacks (25), Squats (30) (5 burpees – run a lap, 5 burpees, 10 Lunges, run a lap….etc.) Ever gracious and polite, Fleetwood was sure to thank the QiC for all the running. QiC felt very appreciated today (and is apparently immune to sarcasm….maybe not the sharpest crayon in the box that QiC)

COT: Countorama, Nameorama (“why is that light so bright Roscoe?!?!?”). Cookie had the 6 AGAIN (QiC swears it was not on purpose). Wise words from a young man…accountability is key and we all push each other to be better versions of ourselves. (Tack was right…he must have a great mom!). Took a knee and gave thanks…for surviving.
