WARMUP:
Moseyd to the field. Warmed up some Side straddle hops and moved on to the Blarney special: copperhead merkins -> shoulder taps -> mountain climbers. Did weed pickers, windmills, copperhead squats and tumbleweeds.
THE THANG:
We partnered up and grabbed coupons. One partner would run a lap, while the other would farmer carry. When the partners met back up, they would do a pyramid of man-makers, starting with 5 and going up to 25. We did this until time.
