WARMUP: Ruck to back bus lanes.
THE THANG: 11’s with a toll. Start with 1 ruck-on copperhead squat. Then overhead carry to 1/2 way point (lane 13 1/2), do 10 American Hammers holding ruck, continue on to lane 27 with overhead carry and then complete the 11 with ruck-on hand release merkins. Return with suitcase carry, stop 1/2 way and pay the toll with 10 more American Hammers, and continue back to lane 1 with suitcase carry, repeat.

We got through 7’s, but the pace was good.
