Here’s one to honor U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Matthew McClintock, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2016 during a special forces mission.

“McClintock” Hero WOD

For time – 3 Rounds:
* 800 meter Run
* 30 Cinder Block Clean and Press (pick up the block, press it overhead)
* 40 Push-ups
* 50 Air Squats
* 15 pull-ups

Who was Staff Sgt. Matthew McClintock?

McClintock was a Green Beret, a warrior who put his life on the line to protect his team and fulfill the mission. He served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, always leading from the front, never backing down from danger. His legacy is one of bravery, leadership, and selflessness.

When you take on this WOD, remember it’s more than just a workout. You’re pushing through to honor the sacrifice of a man who gave his all. There’s no room for weakness here—just like McClintock didn’t quit when the fight got tough, you won’t quit when this workout burns.
