Nice and wet at RS this morning. In spite of the rain we got after it. We started off with a mozzy to one side of the parking lot, then to the other, then back to the middle. Here we did our-

The Thang
We Mozzyed up to the top of the pavillion. Two people at a time did the merkin challange while everyone else did a mixture of workouts, swapping at leisure. Once someone completed theirs the next one will start. This continued in a circle.

– 20 Merkins–squats/lunges

Spicoli shared as six-man then we balled it up and prayed it out. Hustler had to pour out his coffee and get another pour since the rain had watered it down. Great morning!!!
