Mosey from the flag around the dangerous side of the tennis courts up to the track. Starting at the batting cages we mosey – push – mosey – push around the fields. at each intersection we change whether we are in a mosey or a push pace. Did this for 1 mile.
Back to the cages and continue around the track except that we’re staying together (ish) and at each intersection perform a set of exercises.
After another mile we did a 1/2 mile Indian run
Back to the intersection crap with squats this time.
Mosey to the parking lot and rounded out the mileage to make sure we hit our 3mi as prescribed in The Arena Code of Conduct.
COT, Mall Cop ended up as 6 Man, shocker, and Saluki’s prayers.
