Quick mosey with usual warm up exercises.

the thang:

3 stations, split up in 3 groups

1. 15 pull ups, 20 merkins, 20 box jumps

2. 20 swinging derkins, 20 Austrian pull ups under swings, 20 mike tysons

3. 20 derkins, 20 Bulgarian split squats, 30 dips

after every station run across field – 25 big boys

3 times at each station

Partner up, one runs while the other completes exercises with bricks:

1. Merkin rows

2. squat shoulder raises

3. crunchy flies

4. big boy presses

5. side straddle press
