Mosey to the football field for Warm-o-rama, SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weed pickers
Mosey to the back lawn amphitheater to get in a line to do SSH, then 1 person goes up the hill to do 10 Monkey Humpers and goes to back to the line, then the person on the other side of the line, runs up the hill and does MH, until the first person is back at the start of the line.
Mosey back to the Football field where 10 different exercises were every 5 yards of the field. We start with 5 deconstructive Burpees (5 Merkins first, 5 mount climbers, and 5 jump squats) then go to the 5 yard line to do the exercise, come back and do 10 deconstructive burpees, then proceed to the first 5 yards again to perform first exercise, then move on to the 10 yd line and do the 2nd exercise, then go back and do 15 deconstructive burpees, repeat and rinse. These are the exercises spread out every 5 yards.
