Warmup – We did side straddle hops, imperial walkers, weedpickers, shoulder stretch, and sun gods.
The workout – Today’s workout was all about the cards. We had the F3 workout deck from Mudgear and just drew cards. Whatever exercise was on the card is the exercise we did. If a number two through nine was pulled, we added 10 to that and that was our rep count. The number 10 counted as 10 reps, and the face cards counted as 25 reps. The ACE was drawn and it is 100 flutter kicks. Soooo, we actually did 100 four count flutter kicks; that was tiring for sure. We ended with 25 burpees which truly didn’t get finished because we ran out of time; OH DARN! LOL
COT – I think we’re constantly reminded that there are a lot of inspirational people in our lives that help us and motivate us to keep striving to get better. We’re all thankful that we are able to get out and exercise in the gloom with some great men.
The Colosseum continues to have the best coffee in F3. It was a great morning
