WARMUP: the use…. SSH’s, WP’s
THE THANG: ran the track and stopped at the mile markers. 1st marker was for legs, 2nd was arms, 3rd was gut, 4th running, 5th hodge podge. 6th stop was on the hills. Amrap Merkins while partner ran to the top and touched the fence. 7th running backwards. 8th donkey kicks.
All during the BD music was playing. Songs directly associated with a particular movie. If guessed incorrectly there was a 5 Burpee penalty.
MARY: barely made it back but we held 6”’s til time ran out.
