The Thang:
We kicked off the morning at clubhouse celebrating 8-Bit’s birthday—though true to form, he lived up to his Late-Bit moniker by rolling in after the work had already begun. No candles were blown out, but plenty of oxygen was burned as we got moving.

After a mosey to the gazebo, we warmed up with:
• SSH IC x20
• Windmills IC x10
• Weedpickers IC x15
• Arm Circles (Forward & Backward)

We moseyed more to the hill behind the clubhouse for a classic Dora with:
• hand release Merkins
• Big Boys
American Hammers
Squats

Partner 1 worked while Partner 2 ran up and down the hill.

Wrapped it up with a final mosey back to the flag, a quick Mary round, and COT.
