Today was quite cold. After a nice STANDARD Pre-run, we started moving and didn’t stop till the end. We started off with a mozzy over to the playground. Here we did our-


  • 10 SSHs
  • 10 Copperhead Merkins
  • 10 Star Jumps
  • 10 Alternating Shoulder Taps

The Thang

After a quick little mozzy run through, We started a circuit which began at the playground. You would run between every different station doing:

  • 3 pull-ups on the monkey bars
  • 3 modified pull-ups on the swings
  • 10 Squats on the basketball court
  • 10 dips on the benches near the tennis court
  • 10 calf raises on the stairs going up the rear tennis court
  • Bear crawl to the next corner of the tennis court
  • Run up to the pavillion using all the stairs, take a lap around the inside, then head back down.
  • Broadjump to the next corner of the tennis court
  • 3 Burpees on that corner
  • Sprint back to the playground
  • 20  BBS

We continued this about 4 times around, The Count doing 5 obviously. Next, we ran through the workouts all together doubling most reps. once done with that, we mozzeyed back to the flag and, after some nice SSHs till time, we started our-
