Warmarama – moseyed up to the tennis court lot to get the blood flowing in the 36 degree temps

- side straddle hops x 51 (that one past 50 really had the group questioning if we going all the way to 100)
The Thang – See ya when I see ya, 11s
Partner up and run in opposite directions around the circle. When meeting up perform 1 merkin and then go to opposite sides, hop the fence and perform 10 big boi sit ups. Meet back in the middle and continue running in opposite directions. So on and so forth adding merkins and subtracting big bois, always adding up to 11. Plank for the 6.
6 is in, mosey to the roundabout and circle around the tree. Having missed out on the workouts while running wanted to get in some more chest and ab work, so went into some Captain Thor followed by Jack Webb. Quick ring of fire with Crunchy Frogs (awkward!) and then finished it up with whatever that thing where everyone is in a circle with their feet raised while each PAX takes turns going around slamming the feet down. The Exicon ain’t what it used to be and we’ve lost some good ones from it that I just can’t find anymore. That being one of them.
