THE THANG:
1/2 Deck of cards
Hearts – 8 count bodybuilders
Diamond – ruck swings
Clubs – ruck press
Spades- ruck high pulls
Jokers – ruck cooldown

We went through 1/2 a deck of cards with multiple back to back 8 count bodybuilders, which sucked! Clinch got his wish of 2 jokers within the 1/2 deck to get a ruck break. This was a great mental and physical Beatdown

Once finished we went for another ruck and great mumblechatter
