Holidays are always a great time to travel, so why not go to the boys down south.
After grabbing my balls we ran to the turf field that may or not have been open at the front gate (still up for debate) but was definitely open on the backside. Drop the balls off and circle up for IC SSH, Windmills, and copper head squats.
We started off partnering up for some chest pass burpees and runs. First 5 Chestpass burpees (each man) and then run to the 10 yd line and back. Each round we added 5 burpees, and 10 yards until we made it to 25 burpees and the 50-yard line.
Next, we did ball slams (AMRAP) as one partner bear crawled to the 10 and crawl beard back. We continued adding 5 yards until each pax made it to the 25.
We put my balls down for a bit to long jump across the football field. Every 3 jumps drop and do +1 merkin.
Once everyone made it all the way across we ran back to my balls for once last game. 2 Pax stood 3 yards apart and chest passes to each other attempting to make the other pax stumble/take a step. If the pax dropped the ball or had to take a step to keep their balance, that was a point for the throwing pax. First to 5 wins. Losing Pax did 5 burpees. After 2 rounds we ran back to the flag, dropped off the balls, and circled up for a little Mary.
