*THE THANG*
Got 4 sandbags for the 8 of us to share and rucked towards the Starbucks.

Stopped at Chat Tech for some fun.

Sevens in leu of elevens
Bear crawled up the steep hill, big boys with ruck in front, came back down via the stairs and did bent over rows at the bottom.

Rucked to the church where we found YHC’s hidden toys. A “body” cooler with ~100lbs in it and two buckets full of sand. (No handles on the buckets for added difficulty.)
We proceeded to carry everything back to the startex. Since everyone was carrying weight we would stop every once in a while for a 10 count and PAX traded out on the cooler since it was the most difficult.

Once we deposited the new items at the flag, we finished with a simple partner exercise. One PAX held a plank while their partner carried the sandbag up the stairs for one squat and came back down.
