WARMUP: Jog into town, Side Straddle Strops and Weed Pickers
THE THANG: Zone 2 jog 3.6 miles – Down Main Street into South on Main, out to Dairy Queen, down to Greenway Trail, back up to Reformation, and back to the Clinic. 3 PAX were going to run a Zone 2, there were only 6 of us there at the moment so decided to switch to a run instead of a beat down. Then a few more PAX showed up last second. Ended up being a good workout and seems PAX got to know each other a little better.
