Mosey to the front of the middle school and paired up.  While one Pax did the exercises below, the other ran to the top of the stairs and did 10 Merkins, then we switched to 10 Flutter Kicks and finally we did 10 Squats.

50 – Burpees

100 – Overhead Clap

150 – Mike Tysons

200 – Big Os or Big Boys

250 – Scissor Kicks

After we were done with the above exercises, we were supposed to do an Indian run around the school.  However, I had never been to this school and didn’t know if we could get around it and apparently neither did anyone else.  We kept running into dead ends and the Indian run fell apart.  Failure to lead on my part.  We finally made it back to the main parking lot where we did bear crawls from one parking spot line down two.  Then we did one merkin. Then we bear crawled to the second line and did two merkins.  We repeated this until we got to the flag.

We ended with a little Mary.
