Standard warm up
Made loop around the fields to 10 stops- at each help plank, while one PAX read one way to strengthen honesty and integrity as men. After each performed exercise. (Gas Pumps, V-ups, Burpee, flutter, Big Boys, jungle squat, Hello Dollies, hand release mercks, bonnie blairs)
Finished up with tossing the pig skin while mubblechattered about ways to improve integrity, following up by some football route drills
