WARMUP: Listen to World War 2 Playlist

THE THANG: 1) Get Off the F’n Boat!: In addition to a ruck sack, each Pax carried a sandbag ranging from 20-60lbs. Sandbags were held above our heads as much as possible. Walked .50 miles to the field.

2) The Beach: When we hit the beach, we ducked down low and crawled, dragging our sandbags from cone to cone, back and forth across the field for a total of 8 trips. Knees were bloodied and the PAX whined.

3) The Wall: Once we made it to the wall, we performed the sandbag version of Tunnel of Love, staying low in order to avoid detection. We performed this on all 3 levels of the wall. We finished by running up the rest of the hill.

4) We rucked and carried our sandbags back to the flag, up the big hill for a total of 1.29 miles.
