WARMUP: nope, this place is dumb, we juat start running
THE THANG: we partnered up then began our fun. 2 Pax carried the 2 large medicine balls over head while the rest took off on our route to East Cherokee via Haley Farms.
Every time you came to a road you dropped and no ked out 5 merkins. if you were the 1st set of partners there, you ran back and switched out with the ball carriers. We did this the whole time and it was magnificent.
Some of the older PAX struggled to keep the balls up, but I’m sure that was a 1 time thing thatbhad NEVER happened to them before.
