WARMUP: Everyone grabbed a sandbag and we mosey’d to the stairs, stopping briefly to do some squats.
THE THANG: Team competition. Two teams, Team Good (my team) and Team Bad. PAX had a choice between walking a loop around the parking lot with their ruck sack and 5 squats for 1 point. Or…take a sandbag to the top of the steps, doing 5 squats and back down for 2, 4, 5 or 6 points, based on the weight of the sandbag (20, 40, 50, 60lbs.) Total points were added up and divided by the number of PAX in each group to get an average. Team Good won of course. Losing team, Team Bad, had to carry back all of the sandbags. Viceroy does not like my math.
MARY: No time b/c the PAX took too long to walk back to the flag.
