Eight PAX gathered in the gloom at the parking lot of Etowah High School. After a quick mosey (including some Bernie Sanders, high knees, and butt kicks), we circled and started:

Then, staying right where we were, we continued:
The entire beatdown was a series of the same types of exercises: three-man grinders and Route 66s.
Grinder One: LBCs and monkey humpers
One PAX started at one parking lot light pole, the second at the light pole on the other side of the parking lot, and the third ran between, switching off.
After each PAX had three routes of each exercise, we moved onto:
Route 66: starting at one of the light poles we used for the first grinder, we did one merkin, ran to the next light pole did two, and ran around the parking lot stopping at each pole doing one more merkin until we got to 11. 66 merkins. Time to mosey to grab some coupons for:
Grinder Two: curls and dips.
Curls at the bottom of the stairs, dips up the stairs at the far end of the middle school awning. Three rounds of each exercises per PAX. And then:
Route 66: Squats
we put away the coupons and moseyed to the end of the lower middle school parking lot, and do increasing squats at each light pole around the back of the school, depositing us at the intersection of roads that leads to the high school parking lot:
Grinder Three: SSHs and Speed Skaters
Used the stop sign at that intersection and the one at the top of the hill nearest the high school. Each PAX got at least one of each exercise before it was time to mosey to the flag.
More than two and a half miles. 66 merkins, 66 squats, and lots of other bodyweight and coupon work.
