The High Impact Man uses Articulation to communicate Vision in order to initiate movement towards advantage for the group.

The PAX put their articulation into practice in leading the group in movements; but, also in sharing feedback. Articulating useful feedback (whether asking for feedback or giving it) in a way that grows the relationship with others is a valuable skill that we can all grow in and use to better serve our families and teams!
