WARMUP: We did the standard things and everyone agreed it was inspired
THE THANG: Lots of burpees, running, and passive aggressive leg lifts. Oh, and Michael Tysons. We did some relay races where Sega cheated the Q on his birthday but felt no shame. Finished with speedball.
