Kodiak Count reps of shoulder taps, Flutter Kicks, and American Hammers.

After 4 rounds the Pax partnered up for Balls to the Wall and Donkey Kicks. The goal is to cumulatively get to 100 reps of donkey kicks. One partner holds balls to the wall while the other partner performs however many donkey kicks they can do. Most groups split these not to reps if 25 donkey kicks each.
Mosey back to the parking lot for a round of LT. Dans to really get the legs burning.
