THE THANG: Running BOMBS. 2 cycles 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 of Burpees, Overhead Press (w rocks), Merkins in the woods, Big Boys, and Squats. Second Cycle changed it up and did Bearpees on the 10’s at the football field, Running Overhead Press, Incline Merkins, Big Boys, and run to the flag ina roundabout fashion for Squats at the Mary.
