MOSEY: rucked around parking lot and started discussion of this week’s Q point, Trust, the conversation which continued through the BD. Circled up, recited F3 mission, planked, and briefly discussed the “why” of F3. Good chatter all around. Very good “why” statements.

THE THANG: perform four exercises to failure: ruck dead lifts-to-high pulls; mike tyson’s while wearing a ruck; ruck swings; and flutter kicks while holding up ruck–each done in AMRAP-style over a two minute period. between each two-minute set, we rucked down the nasty hill and back up (Bernie’d twice). we did it all together. no man left behind. finished by rifle carry to the flag. whole BD featured more discussion about the Q topic trust and its companion topic, reliance. As with all Q topics, no definite answers. Nor should there be. Lots of good discussion. Lots of thoughts about how to determine whether someone is trustworthy/reliable. Oh, and the exercises sucked. So did the hill.
