THE THANG: we did an escalator, starting on the stage we did one star jump, one Merkin, one four count mountain climber, one big boy sit up. We ran to the top of the stairs, did one Burpee, and came back to the stage. Now, onto two of each, worked all the way to 10, had five minutes at the end to do some mobility work.
