WARMUP: Ruck to start of Noonday Creek Trail
THE THANG: Indian Ruck Noonday Creek Trail to 92 and then back up Main Street.

Every 7 minutes stop and do 10 reps each of copperheads, curls, OHP and lunges.

We had to slow down cuz Duster was about to dust himself bad. Made it to QT so he could drop off a load. We exercised outside and made all the customers nervous.

High tailed it from the QT all the way back to the missing flag, no longer stopping for exercise breaks. Made it back 3 min late.
