We jogged to the stairs at the Colosseum and warmed up with SSH’s, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and Sun Gods.
Then we did a Dora workout. While one partner was doing the exercise, the other partner was bear crawling up the stairs, doing five burpees, and then running back down the stairs.
The exercises and rep counts were as follows:
200 Over Head Presses
300 two count Flutter Kicks
