WARMUP: Weedpickers, Squats, Hillbillies
THE THANG: We mosey’d to the 3 towers.  At the first tower we did (25) copperhead squats, climbed the tower, another (25) squats, down the tower and repeat, (100) total.  2nd tower was same thing except for (25) calf raises (100) total.  3rd tower was lunges, (100) total.  Duckwalked between towers.  
We then Bernie Sander’ed and Karaoke’d to another set of stairs where we did mountain climbers, jump squats, monkey humpers, climbing and descending the steps In between.  (50) toral of each exercise.  
We then mosey’d to the field where we did No Surrender’s and Step Up’s.  
Lastly, we mosey’d to the big dark hill which we climbed with enthusiasm and then back to the imaginary flag.  
MARY: Air chaired until time.  
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Convergence, blood drive, wreath take down volunteer opportunity.  Only 23 flights climbed and 1.25 miles mosey’d.
