WARMUP: Mosey’d to the football field carrying (2) 40 lb. sandbags and (1) 80 lb. sandbag. Calf raises, WP’s, TW’s, SG’s, MP’s
THE THANG:
1) We did a 1/4 mile around the track on our tip toes, sharing rifle carry duties with the (2) 40 lb. sandbags and the speaker. Anyone not carrying was twirling around doing overhead claps. Squats whenever the beat dropped.
2) One Pax would farmer carry both 40 lb. sandbags 100 yards while the rest of the Pax deadlifted and tossed the 80 lb. sandbag in a rotating line. Continued until everyone had farmer carried. Completed 400 yards.
3) Played ultimate football with the NEW light up football. We discovered the issue is throwing and catching and that seeing the ball has zero impact.
The 80 lb. sandbag has been named, BBC, Big Bag of Coal. There are no other hidden meanings.
