We grabbed 3 coupons and did a coupon pass, clockwise, started close together and then spread out. We switched directions a few times till our forearms were shot.

Everyone got their own coupon and then we partner carried them like a stretcher around the street.

We did a few curls then rifle carried them down the parking lot and back.

We finished with a ring of fire: flutter kicks and 6 inches

COT happened and coffee was consumed.
