Quick lap around the parking lot before some IC Imperial Walkers, Windmills, & SSH
We lined up at the end of the parking lot and did a modified Cooper. We started with 10 Burpees, 10 Merkins, & 10 Squats then ran to the entrance. There we dropped to 9 for each exercise and ran back. This pattern continued all the way down to 1. That’s when we started to see a little lightning so we went under the overhang where we did some bear crawling and a crap ton of merkins. We finished up with some squats, circled up, and got out just before the rain really hit. At 6:16.
