INTRO:

YHC asked PAX to bring canned goods as part of the beatdown, and after the beatdown, to donate to Forever Fed.  It was going to be a straight ruck but with the added weight of canned goods.

THE THANG:

Had PAX grab rucks, stuff the 4 cans into their packs, and we rucked close to 4 miles  of Downtown Woodstock.  Mumble Chatter was good which brought up the recent Taco Ruck.  On our journey, we decided to hunt for the elusive Choco Taco, but no Choco Taco’s were found and they still elude PAX in Woodstock.  It was a good ruck for all.

Announcements for 3rd F breakfast, the recovered SFN race chairs, July 4th Convergence, and Towne Lake Crucible.  Prayers for Mouserat’s friends young 2.0 who had a concrete bird bath fall on her head.  Prayers for Dory and his son with health challenges and his M for deciding to stay at home to take care of him.  Continued prayers for all PAX that go unmentioned or unanswered.
