WARMUP: boat crew 1 vs 2 race to the beach from opposite directions. Meet up for SSH and WMs.
THE THANG: boat crews compete:
A) 3 rounds of 20 merkins at the beach/20 at the showers and back. BC1 Wins.
B) Suicides for 5 cones. At start 20 box cutters, second 20 flutters and back for more box cutters then out again hitting 2nd cone for more flutters, then 3rd for American hammers and back. 4th dying roaches and 5th with bbsus. BC2 wins with an upper move steal by an amazing veteran.
C) tug of war with rando beach walker. 2 installments and it was a tie all because of Yoshi!!!
D) take to the boats! Member 1 of each team paddles 40 strokes out to sea while others perform AMRAP of 10merkins, 10bbsus, 10squats. Rotate each member thru the paddle and repeat for 3 rounds. BC2 wins easily.
MARY: 10 surfees!
